Training -It is important to understand that teaching is an evolving skill because a good teacher, like a good student keeps on learning within the framework of information. Teaching and learning go hand in hand & teaching is truly lifelong, which makes it important for schools to invest immensely in the professional development of staff. Professional development is the need of the hour, and continuous teacher training and enhancement is necessary for teachers to equip themselves & cater seamlessly to the 21st century learner. It is a known fact that those students who have well-informed teachers tend to perform far better than their peers. Therefore, it is very important that the school management/leadership team pay attention to the professional development of staff. Train2Lead is a structured, specialized educational programs designed to equip individuals with learning disabilities with practical skills and knowledge, focusing on hands-on training tailored to their abilities and interests. often incorporating assistive technologies and individualized learning plans to maximize their potential in the workforce; this can include training in areas like carpentry, food service, plumbing, office administration, fashion design, or other trades depending on individual strengths and career interests.

Schools, and more specifically educators, have an important role to play in identifying individuals with learning disabilities; hence, the fact to be aware of is that learning disabilities do exist and they are neurologically linked disorders that make it difficult to acquire a specific academic skill (e.g. reading, writing, math, expressive language, etc.). In other words, students really struggle in an academic area, and they are not performing optimally in this area because of how their brain is wired; it is not because they are lazy, unmotivated, or uninterested in the subject matter! This results in advocacy for a proactive or remedial approach to teaching and learning skills.

This was prompted by research findings into the development of early literacy skills. The research study was conducted over four years into the effectiveness of early childhood interventions. It involves the implementation of literacy instruction programs based on the Science of Reading (SoR), the creation of a Mini-Library and periodic guided reading events.
